Is it actually safe to book with Get Trip Go, or should I just book directly with the airline or hotel?

Booking with us is just as safe as booking directly. We've been operating since 2016, and every flight, hotel, or package you book is confirmed through the same verified airline and hotel systems you'd use yourself. The difference is we often get better combined pricing on packages, and you get one team to call if anything goes wrong, instead of juggling multiple providers yourself.

What happens if my flight gets cancelled by the airline — do I have to sort it out myself?

No, you don't have to deal with the airline alone. If an airline, hotel, or tour operator cancels on you, we proactively reach out by email or SMS, explain your options (refund or free rebooking), and coordinate the fix on your behalf.

How do I know my booking actually went through?

Accepted Answer

You'll get a confirmation email within minutes of payment, and you can always check the status under 'My Trip' once logged in. If you paid but didn't receive confirmation within 30 minutes, that usually means the transaction timed out — contact support with your transaction ID and we'll sort it out immediately, no need to panic or repay.

Is Get Trip Go actually cheaper, or is it the same price as booking directly?

It depends on what you're booking. For single flights or hotels, prices are usually close to direct booking since we pull from the same inventory. For packages and group tours, we typically work out cheaper than booking each piece separately, since we negotiate combined rates with hotels and operators.

Question 5

Are the discounted fares (student, senior citizen, armed forces) real, or is there a catch?

Accepted Answer

They're real discounts, no catch — but they do require valid ID at check-in (student ID, age proof, or service ID depending on the fare). The price you see at checkout is the final price; we don't add hidden convenience fees on top after you've selected a fare.
